Data protection
Collection and storage of personal data as well as type, purpose and their management.
We collect the following data for the purpose of initiating and executing the rental agreement:
- Salutation, first name, last name, address
- email address, telephone number
- Number of people traveling
- consumption data and operating costs
- Data on the receipt of rent and operating costs
- Correspondence during the tenancy
The data processing is according to Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. b, f GDPR for the purposes mentioned and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations from the rental relationship. The tenant’s personal data is regularly stored until the end of the statutory three-year limitation period (§ 195 BGB) and deleted when the period expires. Your personal data will not be passed on to anyone other than the third parties mentioned below for the purposes listed
- For the purpose of billing the operating costs, the consumption data for heating/hot water is collected by the commissioned metering service company. These (and any subsequent ones) will be forwarded to the commissioned billing company.
- For the purpose of fulfilling repair and maintenance obligations for the rented premises, your name and contact details will be passed on to craftsmen/service providers or experts or the respective building insurer and liability insurer of the property if necessary.
The data passed on may only be used by them for the stated purposes.

You have the right to revoke your consent in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 GDPR, information about the data processed by us in accordance with Art. 15 GDPR, the correction of your stored data records in accordance with Art. 16 GDPR and the deletion of your personal data in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR. You also have the right to restrict processing in accordance with Art.18 DSGVO, a notification in connection with the correction or deletion of personal data or the restriction of processing in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO and the right to data portability in accordance with. Art. 20 GDPR. You can also complain to a supervisory authority in accordance with Art. 77 GDPR.
