Energy consumption is billed separately. The electricity meter is read on arrival and departure.
The gross electricity costs are €0.28/kWh including 23% VAT.
Electricity consumption of 100 kWh per week is free of charge.

In addition to the rental price, we charge a deposit of EUR 300.00 per booking.
The deposit minus the electricity costs will be refunded upon departure after the villa has been inspected free of defects.

Other additional costs do not apply.

A deposit of 40% of the overnight stay amount is to be paid immediately after reservation, but no later than 7 days after receipt of the reservation confirmation by bank transfer. The payment of the remaining amount of 60% of the total amount of the rental price must be made no later than 45 days before arrival.

The deposit to be paid is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
